We are offering free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. 

U.S. Shipping Options:

• Economy: Delivery in 4 to 7 business days via FedEx or UPS
• Standard: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days via FedEx or UPS
• Express: Order by 12 PM PST for same-day processing. Delivery in 2 to 3 business days via FedEx or UPS
• Priority: Order by 12 PM PST for same-day processing. Delivery in 1 to 2 business days via FedEx or UPS 

We want to get your gear to you as fast as possible, and we’ll do our best to ship everything the same day you order! That said, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your items ship from our California warehouse. Just a heads-up, time zones might affect things depending on when you order, and keep in mind that holidays and weekends can cause slight delays.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, please select Economy. Note that transit times for these addresses may vary.

We currently do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a return label to make the process as easy as possible.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed.

1. What size should I order for my snowboarding jacket?

Our jackets are designed with an oversized boxy fit to allow for layering underneath. To find your perfect size, we recommend using our sizing chart, which is available on each product page. If you're between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, we suggest sizing down. For a looser fit, size up. Feel free to contact our team if you need personalized advice!

2. Are KNWN Co. jackets waterproof?

Yes! Our jackets are built for the mountain. They feature high-tech materials that is waterproof to keep you protected. They are great for moderate snow and rain. They're more suited for everyday use in winter sports, providing better protection in varying conditions but, may not hold up in heavy or prolonged exposure to wet weather.

3. How do I care for my KNWN Co. jacket?

To keep your jacket in top condition, we recommend machine washing it in cold water on a gentle cycle, wash inside out, and hanging it to dry in the shade. Do not iron or use bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage the waterproof coating.

4. What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your KNWN Co. products! If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. Simply contact our support team at hello@knwnco.com.
